Sheltered Sisters provides educational audio content, digital courses, and community membership for women experiencing emotional and narcissistic abuse. Our content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional therapeutic, legal, or medical advice.
Not a Substitute for Professional Help
Our content is created by a lived experience advocate and is intended to be educational and supportive. It is not a replacement for professional therapy, counselling, legal advice, or medical treatment. If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services.
Digital Products and Access
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the digital product you have purchased. Access is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed. You receive lifetime access to the content you purchase unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If after 30 days you do not feel the content has been valuable to you, contact us at support@shelteredsisters.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Membership
The Private Circle membership is a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for monthly memberships.
Intellectual Property
All content created by Sheltered Sisters including audio recordings, scripts, written materials, and course content is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Sheltered Sisters is not liable for any decisions you make based on our content. We provide educational information only. You are responsible for your own choices and outcomes.
Privacy
Your use of our products is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
